May and June Bee Blocks
I got a little behind on my bee blocks, but I am caught up now. We meet Thursday and I am happy to pass them on.
Here is Jan O.'s 1930's repro applique block. I had to reach a little beyond the scrap pile as I don't have big 30's scraps just yet. (This is the one that took me so long as I did it by hand.)
This is Beth's block. I had the hardest time deciding on fabrics, but I had all of these in my scraps and I think it turned out o.k. Everyone is using the reds and aqua/blue greens. It was a paper pieced pattern and Beth supplied the corner fabric.
